We deliver free of charge to addresses across India. This policy applies to orders placed on aathreadco.in, operated by AA Thread Company, Karnal, Haryana.
Delivery charges. Delivery is free on all orders. For very large or bulk orders (for example several jumbo cartons, or larger machine models), we may share a separate freight quote before confirming the order.
Dispatch time. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time. Most orders reach you within 5–7 working days of dispatch. Remote locations may take longer.
Tracking. Once your order is dispatched, we will send the courier name and tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp and email.
Payment. All orders are prepaid through Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking). Cash on delivery is not available.
Damaged or missing items. Please record a video while opening the parcel. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns policy.
Address errors. Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address or because no one was available, re-delivery charges may apply.
