REVO and LPI bag closing machines bought from aathreadco.in come with a 2-month warranty on the motor, counted from the date of delivery. AA Thread Company is an authorised dealer for both brands.
What is covered. Manufacturing defects in the motor that stop it from working under normal use.
What is not covered
- Any part other than the motor, including needles, loopers, cutters, belts, springs and the body
- Damage from wrong voltage, power surges, drops, water or misuse
- Wear from running the machine without oil, or with wrong thread or needles
- Machines opened or repaired by anyone other than us or the brand’s service centre
How to claim. Email info@aathreadco.in with your order number, a short video of the problem and a photo of the machine label. We will guide you on repair or replacement of the motor. Courier charges for sending the machine to us and back are paid by the customer.
